A.A.Malik, SAN is the Managing Partner of the Firm. He heads the Oil and Gas, as well as Dispute Resolution Teams in the firm. He is a graduate of Law from the University of Ibadan. He holds a Masters Degrees in Law (LL. M) from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and Masters in International Studies (MIS) from the University of Ilorin. He also holds Certificates in International Criminal Justice & Administration and Public Prosecution from the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies.

He served as a Board Member and Legal Adviser of the Federal Inland Revenue Service, Legal Adviser to Joint Tax Boards (2008 – 2010) and Special Assistant to the Honourable Attorney General of The Federation and Minister of Justice between 2007 and 2010.

He is a member of The Nigerian Bar Association, Nigerian Junior Chambers, Commonwealth Lawyers Association, International Bar Association, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, U.K., The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Economists, Fellow of the Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (US) ,a Notary Public of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and was elevated to the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria in 2019.
